How do I analyze a contract?

You have two options: 1. **Upload** your contract (PDF, DOCX, JPG, or PNG) directly on the homepage at fineprint.coffee — you can upload multiple pages at once 2. **Email** your contract as an attachment to scan@fineprint.coffee — you'll receive your Contract Analysis as a reply Both methods are free and produce the same Contract Analysis.

What file formats are supported?

We accept PDF, DOCX, JPG, and PNG files up to 10MB. You can upload multiple images (e.g. photos of each page) in one go. For best results, use a PDF or DOCX with selectable text. Scanned documents and photos of contracts also work — we use OCR to extract the text.

How long does analysis take?

Most contracts are analyzed in under 60 seconds. Very long or complex contracts may take up to 2-3 minutes. If you email your contract, you'll receive the reply within a few minutes.

How is my contract data handled?

Your contract is used only to generate your analysis report. We do not share your contract with third parties. Contract text is processed by AI models for analysis and is not used to train AI models. Personal information (like names and addresses) is automatically redacted before processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
